Yesterday, my vehicle broke down on the highway west of Grand Falls. The tow truck driver who picked us up immediately called Enterprise who provided us with the vehicle of choice that allowed us to continue our trip and return home. The service at pick up & return of the vehicle customer service was commendable! We appreciate the empathy with which we were handled. Thank You Enterprise!

Great location on Hanwell road ,easy to find and close to hotels and shopping. The staff are very professional , knowledgeable and courteous .

I rented a car for business travel. It was presented to me with a dirty exterior. I was in a rush so I decided to overlook that. But, as I drove away, I noticed a layer of dust on the interior Dash, steering column, etc. As I drove to Halifax it shimmied as it was out of alignment. Dash said oil change needed. I called Avis and 'Deb' argued with me and said there is road construction nearby so that is why it is dirty. Of course, that does not explain the dash and steering console covered in dust. She said if the alignment felt unsafe then try and find an Avis to exchange the vehicle. I had no time for this as I had a business meeting in Halifax to get to. I and my colleague were astounded by the conversation not to mention the vehicle condition. Upon return, I mentioned again the condition of the vehicle and as payment was being cheerfully processed by the manager, he had no response. I didn't want my bill reduced or anything like that. I was just astounded they would rent a vehicle in that condition for business travel. Maybe they are interested on non corporate rentals only? I dunno. Maybe they knew the vehicle had issues when they rented it to me. I wasn't rude. I let it go. I usually rent elsewhere, but thought I would give Avis a try. My mistake. Next time I will return to the competition in town that cater more to government/corporate clients.

Returned my car I rented at Moncton at my destination in Fredericton was fast however car only had 1/4 tank of gas upon picking it up. The fellow there said more than enough to get me to Fredericton so I opted to go with them re-fueling at drop off. I barely made it to destination and the needle was in the red on empty...the warning came on the dash. I panicked and not knowing where I was saw the Costco gas bar and got in line with about 50 some odd cars lined up to get enough to find my motel. Returning the car at Enterprise within an hour after checking in my motel and dropping my luggage off explained to the rep my dismay ...he offered me some compensation which I said no I am ok..was just nervous I was told there was enough gas yet seemed the rep at Moncton pick up was wrong. I said please just drive me back to the Motel and he had a driver return me. He apologized that I was given a car with barely enough gas to get me down that long lonely stretch between Moncton and Fredericton. Any time I have rented cars in the past I acquire it full of fuel and return it full. Not so happy I was almost stranded and had to be in a huge line up unfamiliar with the area to resort to waiting at Costco to fuel as no other gas place I saw once the warning came up. Sorry my rating on the experience yesterday is on Moncton Enterprise not the receiving end in Fredericton...that rep there was super as was the driver that took me to my hotel. I suppose in the future I will make sure I fuel up myself and not go for the "option for refuel" by Enterprise

Enterprise rental location - This location offers a wide range of vehicles. Not handy to airport but better pricing if you can coordinate getting there.

WORST COMPANY - if you reserve a vehicle don't expect it to be there when you arrive to pick it up. My husband is Owner-Operator in a Delivery Business. Quite often he will need to rent a Cube Van when his truck needs to go into the shop for regular maintenance. On numerous occasions I have called to reserve a truck to which I am told they have one available but when he gets there they have nothing. They don't care, or act like they don't, no apology or explanation is given just a sorry about your luck attitude. If by chance you do get the vehicle you requested they overcharge you and take over a month to get your refund back. Just a terrible business to deal with. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the city and make sure I tell everyone I know about their lack or professionalism. This location should be held responsible from head office.

Not located at the airport. 30 minute shuttle from Fredericton. Not advertised correctly.

Garbage staff Should fire both ladies and hire new staff

Quick drop-off and they even offered to drive me home so I didn't need to call a taxi. Very friendly and helpful staff!
