Absolute garbage company! Years of problems with them, from them telling my address is impossible/nonexistent, that they can't find it, and wanting to charge me more to ship a parcel up here because they don't want to deliver it even after I've paid DHL for shipping to here. And most recently they lost my parcel and gave me a mislabeled one meant for someone else! They won't even deliver up here, they just hand it off to Canada Post to deliver. When I called them they gave me the runaround, from telling me Canada Post did the mistake (even though I called them first and they told me Loomis printed the label and stuck it on the wrong package), and they also said it was DHLs fault for shipping even after DHL had done nothing wrong and handed the package off to them. Their representative in Dartmouth refused to admit they lost my package, told me it was my fault, repeatedly said it wasn't his problem, told me I should speak to DHL, and then just transfered me to DHL on the phone because he didn't want to talk to me anymore. DHL should dissolve this abomination because they give them a bad name. Never ship with them, and don't expect reasoning or sympathy from these so called professional who act like children.

I just received a package that's not mine. Not even delivered to the right steeet. When I tried to call them to tell them they had delivered someone's package to a very wrong address, the woman on the phone was extremely rude, and short tempered, because I couldn't find the number (out of multiple different numbers on the box) she needed to look up the package. Instead of explaining better what she wanted, she acted annoyed, then hung up on me. This isn't even my problem. I was trying to help them fix their mistake. So now I have some dudes package at my house. Which I guess is my job now to go and deliver?

I had to misfortune of having to deal with a "manager" at AllPoints Courier (twice) and have never, as a client, been treated with such disdain and disrespect. I will not EVER be calling them again to ship anything. Was handed off to her twice from the same lovely lady I have always dealt with. The transition was shocking to say the least. The negative tone, poor customer service (total lack, to be honest) and snide remarks were uncalled for and very inappropriate. When I was told an extremely high delivery cost and had to check with a manager before I could agree on pick up, she nastily said "will you be having this picked up or not", I apologized and said I needed to check. I came back with a no due to price and she said disgustedly, "I can't believe you guys!". I said sorry and wished her a good day. Throughout both calls, I felt like I was being assaulted. I won't deal with them again and will advise anyone not to.

"Simply put, AltiMax stands for ALL TIME MAXIMUM energy towards customer service." (from their website) -I sent a package through fedex, who then handed it over to Altimax Courier for delivery (the area the package was being sent is not a fedex drop off). Once they handed it over to Altimax Courier, the representative could not help me with any information in regards to my package, nor did they seem interested. The Altimax representative kept trying to refer me to FedEx, who then referred me back to Altimax Courier. Not sure who has my package now, but I was assured by FedEx it would get there.

Call Center service is terrible. They absolutely don't give a hoot and don't offer any solutions - they just answered my questions in a flat tone like a robot.

Awful experience, they told me my package would be there by 6. My package didn't get to the facility till 7:30... 30 mins AFTER they close. Not only that, you can't reschedule delivery without the person who sent it to you requesting it. They can't drop it off at any other FedEx depot to make it easier for you to pick up either, the whole setup is just awful and inconvenient. I refuse to have anything shipped by them ever again. Staff is not helpful, and just give you false promises. "It'll only be another 15mins"

Awesome delivery service! Fast, efficient, courteous and much nicer than the competitors. Great job guys!

Service was pleasant. Package was guaranteed for Jan 10th. Did not arrive on the 10th.
