Nothing good to say. At all.
Parcel in limbo. No updates. Contradictory responses and instructions and claims by customer service (who provide nothing by frustration, obfuscation, and read rationalizations and vague non-specific excuses from a book that don't actually address the question or help).
Was notified at Wed 6am it would be delivered Wed by end of day. Took day off because parcel needed by weekend. 9am, notification arrives that they didn't put it on the plane from Van to Victoria. No updates since. Customer service won't go beyond telling me they have no way to contact locations or to check status, and even going so far as to tell me they don't even have phone numbers for local depots. Told yesterday to call last night and it would be delivered today. Waited till this AM, and still no info, no actual support.
I've booked a 2nd day off (this parcel is that important), based on yesterdays conversation. I cannot book Friday off (can't afford to), which means my parcel that's 'impossible to hold at the depot til a delivery attempt is made' (or contradicting themselves, that I can do it online - though the local depot isn't listed as a place to have it held for pickup - and to use the 3rd party locations, a $6+undefined transportation costs, and a 24-48 hour delay makes this impossible (They refused to 'transportation costs' and how they are calculated, what they're based on, or even a range it might be within - but I have to give my cc info and except fees nobody else charges without knowing what those fees are).
Oh yeah, of course they are only open business hours, which makes it impossible for me to pick up at their depot without taking more time off work, since they're closed on weekends.
As a formal retail manager who had to use UPS years ago, they were frustrating then, showing up before or after business hours (it's a mall!), leaving parcels outside of locked/closed gates (without permission to do so), and consistently rude drivers who went so far as to yell at us to hurry up, hit crushed and damaged boxes carefully within the rest of the shipment, etc, I have don't my best to avoid dealing with this customer-abusive company.
As an individual who works M-F business hours, they are even more of an exercise in frustration and inconvenience.
They were the only choice for shipping from the company I had no choice but to deal with, else I'd have gone with Canada Post/national post offices as I've done for 15+ years happily and with better service, more consistent delivery times, and much much more friendly and helpful staff from the actually delivery person to the local branches to 'customer service folk'. While not perfect, they look like 10 stars compared to UPS who I'd rate -5 stars, if possible.

A joke. People there for 15 years at $14 an hour no raises, and new hirees get hired at 18+ or more an hour. No favouritism there .

I'd give less than one star if I can. Unable to speak over the phone to a human being (it's just messages with no ability to actually talk to customer service). Despite spending 30 minutes updating the delivery address with a crappy 'live chat' setup, they still attempted to deliver it to the wrong address. Worse than FedEx - at least there I could talk live to a human being. I'd give less than one star if I could.
FOLLOWUP: finally found a live human at DHL to speak with. She assured me they would deliver today to the correct address. In fact, sent a gift basket (to the right address) to apologize (using Purolator - which says a lot). Alas, parcel was mis-delivered again. Follow-up call, no record of my previous calls or even the gift basket being sent.
Drove to local pick-up depot - staffed by Loomis, who were boggled why DHL refused to provide the pick-up center phone #, and helped to remedy this issue (DHL had never forwarded any address updates).
Can we vote -5 stars??

I've used Express Air International quite a few times over the years. They're great for getting larger items in from the states and/or avoiding ridiculous UPS/DHL/Fedex brokerage fees.
The staff are typically friendly and the service is fantastic. They often remember me by first name even when I've not been in for months. Highly recommended.

Very bad service. Driver claimed that they were not buzzed in. If I had picked up the phone and said come in but it happened that the door failed to open, normal people will buzz again. Yes? No? And when the driver didn't come up to my apartment, I went downstairs to meet them. No one was there. No package left for me. Called them today. driver claimed that I didn't buzz them in. I was home. Buzz again?? Also, I was downstairs in less than 10 minutes but they were gone before that. I hope my sender will never use ICS again. Terrible and unreliable service., https://canadainf.com/british/ics-courier-650262

Have used Apple Photo many, many, many times for printing jobs big and small, ranging from the extremely abstract to the absurdly mundane and they always get the job done as soon as they are able. They are not perfect, but I have yet to find a printer who is!
