Eyewear & Opticians

Recently I used the visa services and was extremely happy with the outcome. What I loved about this place is that its a one stop shop for all your needs. They have a great photo service and also advise you if need on which forms to fill out for various visa's. Overall very friendly, efficient and fast. They do get a bit crowded at times as they are the only ones close to the Indian embassy, but even with a lot of people around they managed to get my questions answered and helped me out. Its true they are a optician as well, but nothing wrong with that, they provide good service and I would recommend them.

Superb service. The store manager 'Marion' was very attentive and helped me choosing glasses. No hard sell, feel free to roam and see for yourself. High quality glasses too which arrived within 2 weeks.

Helpful and welcoming staff. Would recommend!

Really helpful and friendly staff, would definitely recommend

Very professional, excellent service. I highly recommend Orb Optical. They take very good care of their clients, they are very helpful and considerate.

Excellent service from arrival, to eye check and after care. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way I could understand. The staff in the shop are super friendly too, and Sunny even remembered me from my first visit 2 years ago. I will definitely visit again

Awesome and friendly staff, did an eye test for my whole family, everyone was impressed by the excellent service from optician and staff on the shop floor! 10/10 would recommend!

Great stop for all your yoiletteries essential

Such a helpful place. Didn't even charge for a small job. Will definitely be going back for all my future needs. Highly recommended.

Customer service are very rude! I always struggle to get my prescription and are constantly telling me that I need to get an eye test. Avoid

These hours are incorrect

The owner is not honest. Today I received the tax refund. That’s only USD1.91 for a payment over GDP300 (USD495.09) on 5 August 2017. That’s why the lady at tax return at Heathrow reminded me that this store asked too much administration charge/commissions on the blue tax refund form.

Lovely place

Been with them for years and I'm very happy with the service they provide.

super service and fair pricing ....also very patient

I am very pleased with my new frames- they are wonderful and the quality is excellent. However, I am not happy with the delay and the customer service. It takes more than a week for them to prepare your frames, regardless of a very low prescription- without any option for an express service. I was never informed that my glasses had arrived, I had to call and check that they were in store which was quite frustrating. In-store customer service is quite good although when I was ordering the glasses, I was a bit dissapointed about the disinterest of the assistant.

Great, friendly service and got my new glasses very quickly.

Had an eye test today. The optometrist and staff were all friendly and thorough. There was no pressure to buy glasses afterwards. Am surprised at the earlier anonymous negative review.

Built to face anything

Great professional service
