Eyewear & Opticians

Received email from lenscrafter for prescription sunglass lens for $85 amd $125 for polarized. Salesman there said he dont recommend it amd it will be cheap lookong and will deform the frame and will stretch the frame to a flat shape. He didnt show me any sample for that lens amd refused to offer anything relating to that $85 lens email. I have no option but to walk out. I had purchased in past from this location but now never going back.

Had a great experience here. I had an eye exam and then spent a lot of money on glasses. Though I did have to wait a little bit longer than expected for my test, I felt very comfortable and helped the entire time. Bridget who sold me the glasses was very helpful.

Pretty good selection for a small space. Prices were fair. Staff were very friendly, patient with my kids, fast and professional.

Every employee here was welcoming, helpful, and professional. I got a new prescription and glasses ordered in one drop-in visit and enjoyed the experience. As someone who's been wearing glasses my whole life, I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Randomly walked in with a friend looking to figure something out with her glasses that she didn't even buy from Spectacle and Mike (Queen St W) got up from what he was doing and went above and beyond! This is a store I'll always suggest!

Very impressed, the staff was excellent in terms of being attentive and knowledgeable. The process itself right through to completing the sale was very smooth. And best of all, barely two days later I see my glasses are ready for pickup tonight. Couldn't be happier.

Awesome service, very friendly and helpful.

Just got my eye exam here. Very professional and friendly

Friendly and caring office ❤️

I have had glasses for almost 20 years and I can honestly say that Dr. Braun is the friendliest and most knowledgeable Doctor I have seen. His office is beautiful and has truly embraced new technology and all of the benefits that comes along with it. I would highly recommend this Doctors office!

Staff is immediately available to assist you in whatever you need. Their vast array of food items makes it easy to keep your cupboards at home well stocked. They also carry non-food items, however, because I use a walker, I have yet to make it to that side of the store. They have an elevator for people who are not able to use the stairs for times when the downstairs washroom is occupied.

The most pleasant and professional staff I have ever dealt with at an eye doctors office. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Thank you Jody for helping me find a new pair of glasses that I love! Jody will help you find glass frames that work with your prescription and your face shape. If you want high quality work and customer service, EyeCrave Optics is where you should go.

For the first time in ages I received outstanding customer service!!! From the first phone call to the end of my visit. Tam was so professional, friendly, informative and extremely kind. The only place that offered to add on a nose piece to my plastic frames from another optical company. I wish I had found EyeWear for You before because i definately would have purchased my glasses from Tam, such beautiful frames and all labelled to help with your decision and to let you know specifics such as "Petite" "Asian Fit" etc. In all my 40 years of wearing glasses and going to different stores NO ONE has EVER told me any of this not even my optometrist. So very pleased and so extremely happy to finally have a comfortable fit! Thank you thank you thank you Tam, i will definately be back!!!!

I'm giving a 1 star because there is no way to give a negative star-Poor selection, rude and/or indifferent staff, quality of products poor with high price tags-save yourself the migraine and go elsewhere!

I would like to express my thanks to David at Bayview Village who help me to find new frames. Everybody from the owner Amin ,David ,Thibault and everyone else were amazing with me. I have a problem with my vision which make it difficult to see properly.I highly recommend to go visit Squint at Bayview Village .Their selections of frames are both stylish and beautiful. They are very professional and make you feel welcome and confortable.Thank you to be so considerate and patience with me. Standing at the frontdesk for 20 minutes and they were trying so hard to ignore me. A very very very bad store, worst LensCrafters I’ve EVER been! Avoid this store if you possibly can!!!!

The best! Great selection and prices.
