My mother had a necklaces repaired at this location. The original quote entailed having the chain replaced however they only repaired the chain for a seriously nice rate. Very honest staff and fair as, they could have charged for the replacement and no one would be the wiser. Very high marks for honesty and will definitely return.

Horrible customer service! I love pandora, it’s kinda of obsession for mine and I have spent a lot of money at pandora. Every other location from this one has been exceptional. I alway have great time with their staff. This is many reasons why I love shopping there. Let’s start off with the manager Jason. He was extremely rude when handling my complaint of rude glaring eyes of his staff. Only to walk away to join his staff and talk badly about me right in front of my face and continued to glare like a bunch of gossip school girls. Never have I ever experienced such atrocity at any pandora except the square one location in Mississauga.

I went to Bitter Sweet at Square One and had a great experience with Afsheen. I had to return something which was after “7 days” with a gift receipt and she did it without any problem since I had just gotten the gift. It was such a great experience that I would suggest this shop to anyone. But make sure to do the return or exchange as soon as possible and call before you go!

I’ve always dreamed of having a ring that would catch the eye of every person in the room and !Xam made it happen. The journey is exciting and the road to picking just the right jewelry store is difficult. I stumbled across Terry Brenner of !Xam quite by accident. Karma? I wasn’t looking for understated at this stage in my life (I’ve been married for 35 years). I had no idea what I wanted. From start to finish the process with !Xam was exceptional. They fulfilled my need to know. I did my own due diligence, studying about the 4C’s hearts and arrows, angles, percentages, dimensions, florescence – everything the Internet could feed me. I investigated diamonds for sale on the web, travelled to the diamond district in New York City, and even landing a tour of the magnificent 2nd floor showroom at Harry Winston’s. I picked every brain I could along the way. My journey at !Xam started with Terry choosing the right centre stone for me. The choices he presented didn’t hold a candle to the ones I saw from other high-end jewelers in the city. Terry was far more discerning. I wanted so much more than just “eye-clean”, I wanted a diamond that would dazzle the hell out of me. He worked with me through email until I narrowed it down and found my perfect diamond. Iris, overheard my conversation the first time I came in to meet with Terry’s brother, Jeffrey Brenner. She listened as I described my dream ring and we became instantly in-sync. She gets it. She helped me through the hardest part which was how was I going to showcase this beautiful stone. I wanted my ring to instantly widen every eye in the house. It had to take my breath away. With the help of Amber and Haleh, the designers, the process began; computer renderings, revisions, more revisions, actual 3D mold. They really listened. They could take my words and turn them into reality. Iris too, could pick up on my little nuances when I wasn’t quite sure, or didn’t know exactly how to express my thoughts. She, along with Amber and Haleh would brain-storm, alter, adjust, add detail and eventually I ended up with an eye-popping, breath-stopping, stunning ring that’s fit for royalty. There is a lot to be said for working with a competent, patient, skillful and talented team. Even the people I didn’t meet behind the scenes like the actual diamond setter did an incredible job. In short, these two brothers Jeffrey and Terry Brenner, owners of !Xam Diamonds are the real deal. Trust is paramount when making a huge purchase like this. !Xam goes directly from the diamond mines to the brilliance you end up with on your finger. They know the process every step of the way and have high ethics for how the diamonds are sourced, making sure they are also cut and polished in the country of origin. A special bonus was hearing from Jeffery about the journey my specific diamond took from the mine in Kimberly South Africa, to becoming this dazzling, sparkling ring now living permanently on my finger. My husband and I are extremely happy with the end result. Working with the crew at !Xam Diamonds was an enjoyable learning experience making this journey exciting , fun and totally gratifying. They made my dream come true.
