Car Rental

First of all they didn’t give the car on time , I have returned 2 days earlier , they didnt waived price for early return , lady at the counter says if return it will be charged accordingly , then later no we can’t waive the Price . Big rental scammers ,no courtesy with customers .

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Had a great experience at this location. I have been dissapointed twice by Budget/AVIS, so will be coming back to Enterprise even though the prices are slightly higher.

Try your best to avoid this place. They ripped me off by over charging my credit card for the millage. And when I called them, the guy started putting accent in his English and speaking unclearly just to avoid giving explanations kind of thing.

It was nice experience.The agent ''Mohamed" at T3 was super nice . Some customers took a selfie with him. I love the Golden Zone, where I picked the care I like . There are about 20 cars different colours and Models. The Manager helped me to customize the car I picked.

I ordered a car , my flight was delayed and I was late for couple hours but still the rental company kept my resirvation, picked me up from the airport and gave me a nice car , I really liked the service definitely will order from them again , the guy that served name Pablo , A very nice and polite guy .

I agree with the comment below. I told the guy several times that I decline the LDW and he charged me anyway... $400. They won't even answer their phone at Pearson and Head Office won't help.

RIDICULOUS !! What a disaster this place is. I purchased the 1hr test drive for my sons 19th birthday. After FINALLY hearing back from liberty they informed me that they do not allow G2 drivers to drive thier vehicle although.. NOWHERE in the "fine print" does it specify that. I eventually gave up arguing with them and gave the gift to my spouse. Her ( spouse) test drive was rescheduled several times. Finally we managed to arrange a time that worked and not only was the car we booked not there but the employee was 1/2 late !!! I will absolutely NEVER return

I would like to give this business 1/5 or event 0/5 if I have a choice. I really want Google Review to provide an options for customer to reply to owner response. My friend Jess and Haley wrote review a month ago and look what the response from the owner. First, from Haley review. We arrive at your office after hour when you closed. We got it, but we told you over the phone, we call you 3 times to update with you where we are. Your son/employee messed up with the calculate when we returned the vehicle and he stayed 5 minute over because he messed it up, and he charged us $50 because he messed up calculation and stayed late for 5 minute??? Would you agree that is fair? Your son/employee makes a mistake, and is it ok to charge customer $50 extra on their bill because of your mistake? To Business Owner - I do know you do not care for your business review because it may not affect your business much. So why care to reply and respond. Read all the review again, why people are upset with your business service and everyone keeps saying the cost is not clear. I know all of us is not going to rent with your company again and we are still telling all people we know as much as we can to avoid the same happen to them. And you can reply whatever you would like to and we are still going to stay away from your business and really thankful for such a bad experience to learn from your business.

I have rented a truck from Uhaul.Everything was perfec and also price was responsible. Just truck needs just alittle service.
