This has been one of the best decisions that I have made in my life........love the fact that at 51, still active and enjoying every minute of it. The N6 Crossfit family are an amazing group of people, everyone is so friendly and always supportive and cheering each other on. The coaches are the best, motivating you to do your best. I'm doing things that I never thought possible. I now have my youngest daughter addicted to Crossfit too..........life is awesome! Check out N6.......you'll love it....... :)

Fair price. Not cheap. Have a corporate deal. Warm towels and tanning is included. Equipment in never an issue.

Joined this gym to get a deal, my roommates a member so I joined for a discounted price. The owner is extremely helpful and down to earth, he makes you feel very welcome and I feel like I would have no problem asking him for help. Very clean gym with all the machines you could want, gym is divided into three rooms, (cardio, machines, weights and crazy stuff) and they also offer during the day access to a spacious room downstairs that contains some boxing equipment as well as jump ropes mats and general floor space to do routines or stretches as you please. I like the volume of people here and never seems to be too busy. This is a 24-hour gym and you can access it with a swipe card. Upon signing up I was reassured to the safety of the gym, all the rooms have cameras and are under 24-hour surveillance. I used to go to World Gym and I I'm glad I switched. They also offer free WiFi which is great and they have decent music, usually at the gym I hate the music but there is a selection of different stuff playing so even if you don't like a song or two something good comes on right after. As an overweight female I tend to feel a little uncomfortable at most gyms but I feel welcome here which is a big deal for me, nobody wants to go somewhere that they feel awkward and judged.

Love Nadia’s Saturday 8am spin/core class 😀 She’s got great energy and enthusiasm! Amy’s Wednesday Yoga is also super! I leave every session feeling energized and rejuvenated 👌🏼

Nice and clean. Wish there was more available in terms of sauna, child minding but lots of equipment never too busy
