Polina is an amazing help.

LOVE this branch. EVERY STAFF is friendly, cheerful, receptive and helpful. They seem to genuinely care about your experience being positive - unlike its surrounding branches on Ellesmere and Vic Park as well as the location on York Mills and Leslie; too many times one or two of their staff seem TERRIBLY unhappy - in turn - in HATE with clients. LOVE the branch at Shops on Don Mills!

slow, impatient, a very simply paper work(less than 5mins) took them 5 weeks, I'm considering change my bank now.

Always greeted and superb customer service. They could make the ATM area smell nicer, sometimes smells like piss from the drunks/homeless.

ATM is not that clean but it's a dodgy area.

tellers never want to serve me, give me the 3rd degree everytime i go in and once had a teller throw my debit card at me and refuse to serve me

so unhappy with their service. I first call to findout an answer for a question no answer, called 3 times. Then I go into the branch they are not busy, so why didn't they asnwer the phone. Now I've been sitting here for like 45 minutes waiting to be served.

ATM's work well.
