Good bank doing great things for local businesses. They also have nice plants.

I go to this branch for bill payments or some other transitions and teller makes errors always (atleast 3 times I remember). I have to go again for corrections, recovery for interest on my bill etc. and the service sucks. Seriously considering to close account there.

Went in today super stressed out about crazy service charges I was recieving. Left feeling very satisfied with the service today. Thank' s to Jessica the manager at this branch!! Thank you so much.

Often homeless people sleeping in the ATM area. Makes you feel unsafe and vulnerable when taking out cash.

All i wanted was a credit card. I got one in 2015 and they said for a credit card, a chequing account is mandatory. I opened one and never used it. It automatically got closed. I downgraded my credit card in 2016, and they wanted to open another chequing account and told me it was free for 1 year. I told them i already had one in 2015 and it got closed. They said it does not matter and since i am new to the country, my new immigrant package will still work. I opened the account and started using it and they started to deduct 15$ a month for using this account. When asked, they procrastinated that the issue is in the headoffice and they have no clue what is happening. They also BLAMED me i did not inform them of the previous years account. There is no way i can prove this. Also its surprising that they missed my account history. How convenient. The attendant who took my issue promised me she will call me and will inform me about the issue. She never did. I went into the bank and closed the account for peace of mind. Very bad customer service. Lost 15$ per month for the next 3-4 months. No reimbursement. Frustrated with the bank and the members i dealt with. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !

Perfect bank

Terrible customer service. Person after person not knowing answers and constantly asking others for basic questions of banking. Told one thing by one person and the next tells me something different. Very rude to clients. Last week opened 10 minute's late while 4 employees were chatting behind the desk and clients waiting to get inside. I would give this branch a 0 if I could.

I recently switched to Scotiabank after dealing with another institution for several years. So glad that I did! The staff at this branch are amazing. Always greeted with a friendly smile. Wait times are usually fairly quick as well.

Great experiences here at this branch. Everyone is always so accommodating and friendly. Doryan is a fantastic financial advisor! Very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him.
